I want to know if everything in me is real...
I want to know more about myself...
why i exist in this cruel world...
and what are the purpose why i am here...

Its impressive that you want to know answers to these questions at such a young age! Most people dont think about these questions till they are at the end of their lives.

The world is indeed cruel. But if you look around you, you will find that you are not alone in your suffering. EVERYONE suffers. Even Kings and Saints, we only feel our own pain, not the pain of others.

But the good news is that there is a solution to suffering, there is a way you can be happy.

You dont have to read esoteric books or listen to other peoples opinions, but there is a real way you can find out everything for yourself.
